We support the Neighborhood Economy

Bread from the bakery on the corner, fruit from the grocery store on the street below, cleaning products at the nearby market, pet baths in the neighborhood petshop and so on! Vila Beatriz and its surroundings are rich in small businesses, which bring life to the neighborhood and convenience to its residents.
It may seem like something commonplace, but in general, this neighborhood trade is not simple. Micro and small businesses represent 95% of all Brazilian companies, accounting for 52% of employees with a formal contract in the country. In 2015, SEBRAE even created the Compre do Pequeno Negócios Movement to remind consumers of the importance of this local network.
Buying and enjoying services in your neighborhood is a citizen act. The money spent will help maintain these establishments and may even develop them, improving service and creating new job openings. It is also a way to avoid moving to other areas, reducing traffic, personal stress and environmental wear.
All this values the region and, consequently, your property. Unfortunately, these precious businesses have less working capital than medium and large establishments and cannot sustain themselves for long in times of instability. Therefore, today, moving the neighborhood economy is also a way to overcome the Brazilian crisis.
